To maintain the highest level of service and ensure availability for all of our valued clients, Signature Brow and Spa requires that any appointments changes be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours will incur the full service amount. We understand that unexpected things happen, but last-minute cancellations or reschedule make it hard for us to accommodate other clients.
